Early-access privacy notice
Last updated October 25, 2026
This notice describes the current Fanspire Films early-access site. Streaming accounts, billing, and film uploads are not open yet.
Information you choose to share
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email, whether you want to watch films, submit stories, or publish films, and your consent. Creator applicants may also share a portfolio link. We use this information to manage early access and provide relevant launch or creator-program updates. Joining does not start a paid subscription.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in a private Vercel Blob store accessible to the Fanspire team through its hosting account. Vercel hosts this website and processes requests. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. To limit repeated submissions, our application stores a keyed, one-way representation of your IP address with a time bucket; it does not place your raw IP address into signup records.
What stays on your device
Your saved film list and any story draft you explicitly save use browser local storage. Drafts are not uploaded or submitted. You can clear a draft in the draft editor, remove films from your list, or clear this site’s browser data. Downloads remain wherever you save them. Do not save sensitive drafts on a shared device.
Use and retention
We do not sell signup information or display it publicly. Early-access records are used for launch planning and related communications. The team can review and remove these records. Before accounts, paid services, or creator publishing launch, this notice will be updated for those features.
Request removal or stop updates
Use this form to request removal of your early-access record or stop launch updates. It creates a private request for manual review by the Fanspire team. We may need to verify that you control the email address before removing records. Do not include a password or sensitive information.
Questions and changes
You may use the same privacy request form to ask the team to contact you about your information. This notice may change as the platform develops; review it before using newly launched services.
